We utilize special impact resistant grade of acrylic which provides additional impact proof characteristics without any loss of characteristics of acrylic resin. . Vermax Hi-impact Acrylic delivers impact strength 10 times greater than normal acrylic. The end result is a product that has all the wonderful benefits of acrylic with ease of transport and assembly.
IMPACT RESISTANCE +
Vermax Hi-Impact acrylic roofing sheets have good impact proof characteristics without the loss of characteristics of Acrylic. This is possible because we use utilize a special impact resistant grade resin for our roofing sheets. Vermax Hi-impact roofing sheets can deliver impact resistance up to 10 times greater than normal acrylic. This makes our product easy to handle and very user friendly.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE +At ordinary temperature, Vermax roofing sheets are not affected by the most chemicals and gases found such as dilute acids, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, alkaline solution, mineral salts, aliphatic hydrocarbons, ammonia, carbon dioxide, fat and fatty oil. This makes Vermax hi-impact roofing sheets highly suitable for many industrial and agricultural applications such as factories, green houses, Palm oil EFB and compost drying bays.
 EXCELLENT WEATHER RESISTANCE +
Weather resistance of Vermax roofing sheets are classified to the top level of plastic property. The optical and mechanical characteristics of the product hardly degrade at all even after prolonged exposure to weather. A total light transmittance % of 92% is maintained even after 9 years of exposure. This makes Vermax roofing sheets highly suitable for outdoor applications.
CLARITY & RADIATION FILTERING +CLARITY
Vermax exhibits excellent transparency, light transmittance as high as 93%, superb diffusion and optical retention capabilities. RADIATION FILTERING Vermax is manufactured using UV stabilized resins to allow optimal radiation filtering and protection againsts harmful ultraviolet rays, while allowing light to pass through. In addition, our products offer remarkable glare/solar heat reduction and insulation properties.
